"Short Story. We had been told by a previous agent that it wasn’t even worth it to look at houses as fist time buyers in the LA market. She said get back in touch in the next year. We were incredibly discouraged... and then my wife got a referral to Michelle. We met Michelle on Monday, looked at two houses on Thursday, put in an offer that same day, and got accepted the following Monday. Michelle is an actual wizard. She made sure we were aware of what we were getting in to and kept us apprised of all of the details. She has a great system of making sure everyone is on the same page and provided us with TONS of advice and references.
